Hi, my name is Fiona.

I am an Economics graduate and I have over 10 years personal experience as an Executive Assistant to the President & COO in one of the largest sporting goods retailer in the country.

To brief you of my work experience as an Executive assistant I listed the tasks that I do.
  • Provides executive support to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the Office of the President.
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for internal & external clients on all matters pertaining to our office.
  • Serves as a liason to the board of directors and senior management teams.
  • Prepares correspondence, reports and materials for presentations.
  • Assists in budget preparation by gathering and consolidating data required from different departments/sections.
  • Conducts initial analysis of departmental budgets and provides inputs to the President.
  • Gathers and consolidates departmental plans and objectives and conducts initial analysis/assessment in terms of alignment to organizational goals and provides inputs to the President.
  • Prepares & monitor budget for the Office of the President & Office of the Chairman.
  • Provide write-ups as necessary to represent the Office of the President.
  • Arrange corporate local and international travel arrangements of the President and other senior managers of the compan
  • Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies.
  • Maintains a general filing system and file all correspondence and confidential documents (both hard and electronic copy)
  • Exercise administrative supervision over co-workers by coordinating work assignments.
  • Assists on visa processing for the President as well as top management of the company
  • Helps in organizing and coordinating executive outreach and external relations efforts
  • Assists the President by preparing information for internal and external distribution. To include but not limited to writing letters & memos, compiling data for reports, creating presentations, writing reports, transcribing dictation, editing, proof reading and other information preparation duties.
  • Manages the President’s schedule via synced calendar.
  • Reviews and checks all documents that need signature/approval of the President before endorsement.
  • Maintains professional confidentiality and exercise discretion on internal and external information.
  • Performs other work assistance as required by Top Management
